This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on Planner Studio (plannerstudio.io). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. Because Planner Studio is a digital product that gives you immediate access to your planners, the terms below describe the limited circumstances in which refunds are available.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers who purchase a subscription directly through plannerstudio.io. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date through your account settings or by contacting us — see our Terms of Service for how cancellation takes effect. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Etsy Activation Code Purchases

If you purchased a planner as an activation code through our Etsy shop, that transaction is handled by Etsy and is subject to Etsy's policies and our Etsy shop policies. Because an activation code grants immediate digital access once redeemed, redeemed codes are generally non-refundable. If you have an issue with an Etsy purchase, please start a request through Etsy or contact us at support@openmindmarketing.ai and we will do our best to help.

5. Credit Packs

Credit packs purchased for AI-powered features are non-refundable once any credits in the pack have been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund if requested within the 7-day window described above. Purchased credits do not expire.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@openmindmarketing.ai with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of purchase and which plan, planner, or credit pack you bought
• A brief note about why you're requesting a refund (optional, but it helps us improve)

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds for Etsy purchases are processed in accordance with Etsy's refund process.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. For example, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, except where you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@openmindmarketing.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
