1. Introduction

Welcome to Planner Studio ("Planner Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide a suite of beautiful, web-based life planners — including budget, wedding, meal, daily life, and ADHD planners, with more on the way — that you unlock with a one-time activation code purchased on Etsy or through a subscription.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website at plannerstudio.io and our associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Planner Studio, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account
  • Planner content — the information you enter into your planners (for example budgets, transactions, guest lists, meal plans, tasks, schedules, and journal entries)
  • Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
  • Activation codes — the code you redeem to unlock a planner, and a record of which planners are active on your account

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, planners and features used, and time spent on the platform
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Cookies and similar technologies — session cookies for authentication and preference cookies to remember your settings

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Planner Studio platform and planners
  • Process payments, activation codes, and manage your subscription

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to target you based on your data within Planner Studio.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some Planner Studio tools use artificial intelligence (the Anthropic Claude API) to generate content such as suggestions, summaries, and written copy. Your prompts and inputs to those features may be processed by Anthropic subject to its privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Generated content is stored as part of your planner so you can keep, edit, and export it. You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.
